I've been struggling with this loaner laptop that has Vista on it - and I've been telling everyone about the insane number of clicks it takes to create a new folder in, say, C:\Inetpub from, say, Dreamweaver. So I just tested it again:
Vista: 24 clicks (if the permission changes go perfectly - they fail on average of 3 times for me)
Windows XP: 2 clicks
